Hi!can anybody tell me how to become a software engineer and to get this opportunities how many marks will need.....?
Now, i'm appearing a std.xi coms. exam.

Software Engineering is a vast field, to become a successful Software Engg one has to really work hard in the partiular domain of work.
It depends on which field you are interested, Programming Knowledge is very important, eg. C or Java or .Net chose you field of interest. There is not mark boundary for the right candidate but usually company chose academic with 50%-60% and above.
Being a Commerce a student is not a draw back to join SE but I would suggest you to join course on computer programing first, Tally would be good choice for you to start looking your background.
