I want to take admission in B. Tech (Mechanical) through lateral Entry System. What are the procedure to take admissionor or to appear entrance exam for B.Tech through lateral entry system?

First of all you need to have minimum of 60 % marks in aggregate and then sit for an entrance exam as notified by the institute in question. By now most of the institutes have come out with advertisements.
